About this website
Xtension Care provides information about technology, administrative support, and outreach services for home care agencies. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Xtension Care. These website terms do not replace a separately agreed service contract or the terms applicable to an agency’s CRM workspace.
Responsible use
Use this website lawfully and provide accurate information in your requests. Do not impersonate another person, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or submit information you are not authorized to share.
Consultations and service arrangements
Submitting a consultation request does not purchase a service, create a subscription, reserve availability, or establish employment. Scope, pricing, billing, cancellation, and responsibilities must be agreed separately before a service begins. A separately accepted service agreement governs the services it covers.
Business information and sensitive records
This website describes business operations and administrative support. Its content is not individualized medical, legal, employment, or regulatory advice. Do not use public forms for emergencies or submit client medical records, diagnoses, treatment details, passwords, government identity documents, or financial account information.
Agency and caregiver access
Login links lead to separate CRM workspaces. Access depends on account and agency permissions. A website visit does not authorize access to another agency’s or person’s records. Caregiver applications should begin with the relevant agency’s invitation link.
Website materials and other services
Website text, design, images, and brand materials belong to Xtension Care or their respective owners. Use them only with appropriate permission or as allowed by law. Third-party services and linked websites may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Availability and changes
Website information and features may change. General descriptions are not guarantees of a particular business result or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date.
